Return & Refund Policy
Customer can cancel the order before it is dispatched, then the total money would be refunded. Once it is dispatched , Order will not be cancelled.
The customer can return the product within 10 days from the date of invoice under the following circumstances.
- Product is received in “Damaged/Defective” condition.
- After 10 days, we would not be able to take up the return request.
Please write to email@example.com informing the damaged pieces with proof by attaching images by email. Once it is verified, we will ask you to send back the product mentioning the address.
Then we will refund your total money or you can order any other product which has same value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Kasturi Fashions will bear the cost of shipping if the product is damaged or defective. The shipping cost would be added along with the refund amount for the valid case.
